2024 Elizabeth Moore Sarasota Open Presented by Tommy’s Express Car Wash

IMPORTANT VENUE INFORMATION & POLICIES

Safety is the highest priority at the Elizabeth Moore Sarasota Open. Every reasonable step is taken to ensure the safety of everyone entering through the Payne Park Tennis Center gates. Your attendance is confirmation that you are knowingly and willingly accepting all risks inherent in attending a public sporting event.

Alcoholic beverages may NOT be carried in or out of the event. A variety of alcoholic beverages will be served and sold for consumption at the tournament. The Elizabeth Moore Sarasota Open and its concession partners reserve the right to refuse sale/service of beverages to anyone who is intoxicated or is without valid ID. Please drink responsibly and designate a driver or ride.

Animals are great, but please leave yours at home. City of Sarasota regulations prohibit animials within the Payne Park Tennis Center. If you require the assistance of a service animal, contact the Payne Park Tennis Center prior to the tournament to present the documentation the city requires to bring your service animal with you to the park.

Babies are good at two things – looking cute and crying loudly. If your little one starts crying, move quickly to an area away from match play so they do not disturb players on the court.

Leave large bags and purses in the car and bring only essential items with you to the event. There is limited room under seating for bag storage. All bags are subject to inspection and refusal. You are permitted to carry in one unopened bottle of water of any size and one clear quart bag containing food for personal consumption only. To reduce the use of single-use plastics, guests are encouraged to bring an empty water bottle, which may be filled at any of the events water fountains. The Elizabeth Moore Sarasota Open is not responsible for any items lost or stolen within the facility.

To ensure that all fans will have an unobstructed view of the matches, the Elizabeth Moore Sarasota Open does not permit the hanging or carrying of banners anywhere in the facility. Balloons, beachballs, inflatables and frisbees are not allowed.

Quiet and courteous behavior is expected of all guests. Any guest causing excessive noise or infringing on another guest's enjoyment of the matches is subject to ejection from the event without refund.

The Elizabeth Moore Sarasota Open has a zero-tolerance policy regarding abusive language, obscene gestures, inappropriate displays of affection and obscene or indecent clothing. If you have an issue with another guest, contact the nearest Marshal for assistance.

Guests are welcome to bring cameras into the event for personal use. However, any photographic equipment cannot be used to record or reproduce the match and must not interfere with other fans' enjoyment. This includes selfie sticks and telescopic devices, as well as drones or other model aircraft.

As a courtesy, silence the ringer on your cell phone when near match courts. Move to an area away from match play if you need to have a phone conversation.

If you require medical assistance during the event, notify the nearest Marshal so they can direct you to onsite medical personnel.

A variety of food and drinks will be available for purchase by grandstand ticket holders.  (All VIP tickets include complimentary food and drink inside the VIP Tent.) You are permitted to carry in one unopened bottle of water of any size and one clear quart bag containing food for personal consumption only. No alcohol or other food or beverage items may be carried inside the gates.

You are encouraged to bring an empty water bottle with you that may be filled at one of the venue’s water fountains. You may obtain complimentary ice for your bottle at the grandstand concession stand.
